During last evening Tim Cook spoke in a conference organized by the famous banking institution Goldman Sachs and stated that over 100 million iDevice owners use iCloud and in 2011 3 million Apple TVs were sold. Let's talk about iCloud first, and I think that the system from Apple was "embraced" very warmly by users since so many rushed to use it on their own terminals 3 months after the official launch of iOS 5.0. I think that until the release of iOS 6 the number will increase by at least half, but it is curious how many people bought additional storage space from Apple.

Moving on to Apple TV, we find that in 2011 Apple sold 3 million units and 1 million of them left the stores only in Q4 2011. Apple considers this product as a hobby and Tim Cook explains this statement by saying that Apple does not want to give them for his investors to understand that there is a market for Apple TV as big as that for iDevices or Macs. Even if Apple does not consider the Apple TV to be a product that could attract many customers, the company sold 3 million units in 2011 and 2012 will probably bring similar sales considering that an Apple TV costs only $100.
