iPhone 5 and the explanation regarding its release in the fall of 2012

Last night I wrote an article in which we told you that some American analysts are of the opinion that the iPhone 5 will be launched in the summer of this year because Apple is afraid of losing its share of the smartphone market. Well, the reality is that Apple will not release the iPhone 5 in the summer, but will prepare a release in the fall, just like this year, and we should get used to iPhones released in the fall, not in the summer. Why do they say that iPhones will not be released in the summer? Well, because the WWDC where Apple presented iPhones turned into the WWDC where Apple will present new versions of OS X. Today Apple announced the new OS X Mountain Lion which is to be released somewhere towards the end of the summer, but which will certainly be presented during WWDC 2012, as happened with Mac OS X Lion last year.

Apple has also announced that every year it will release a new version of OS X and this means that the WWDC will from now on be dedicated to the presentation of new versions of OS X. Apple has made this change since the time when Steve Jobs lived and the explanation given by them about the Siri system delaying the release of iOS 5/iPhone 4S was a pure invention because Apple was preparing people for what it would offer from now on. Starting with 2012, Apple will release a new version of OS X every summer, but will present it first at WWDC together with the new version of the iOS operating system.

In conclusion, the iPhone 5 will not be presented in the summer at WWDC because this annual conference is reserved for the Mac, but in the fall we will more than likely see the new device.
