A few weeks ago I talked to you about French Newsletter, a tweak from Cydia that activates the LockScreen Notifications Center from iOS 5. That tweak had to be bought from Cydia to work, so a free alternative is now available for it and it's called Notiflock. Notiflock has exactly the same functionality, but it is available for free to all users, which is why the developer of the tweak decided to withdraw his creation from Cydia. Even though Notiflock has been removed from Cydia, there is still a deb file of the tweak you can download it from here.
You can install the .deb file extremely easily using iFile and you will have the Notifications Center from iOS 5 directly in the LockScreen without much effort.
