OpenDismiss closes notification banners from iOS 5

In iOS 5 Apple implemented a new notification system that allows users to choose that any received notification is not displayed in the middle of the screen but in a banner positioned at the top of the device. The banner is displayed for a few seconds and then closes by itself, but Apple has not included a button by which we can close the respective banner. OpenDismiss comes to solve this problem by allowing users to close in an application the notification banners related to that application.

This tweak simply dismisses a banner related to an app when that app is opened from the home screen, or from the switcher.

OpenDismiss is available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repo.
