For the USA, the figure could even represent the salary for a whole year of a programmer of a small to medium-sized company, so we are not talking about money that anyone could overlook. Of course, the amounts obtained are divided between several people, but even so we are talking about a generous reward that not everyone has a share of. If such a reward were offered, then I think that an exploit would be discovered extremely quickly, but I don't think that Pod2G or the Chronic Dev Team would be willing to make such a concession.
