Apple is investigating the problems of the new iPad tablet that affect the Wi-Fi functionality

I told you that Americans have problems using iPad tablets on Wi-Fi networks, I told you that I don't have problems and many have confirmed the same thing, but here's how Apple takes note of its customers' grievances and begins to investigate the problems reported by them. In an internal document sent to the AppleCare team, Apple asks employees to exchange any iPad 3 tablets that are brought in by customers who report problems using the Wi-Fi function. The Americans claim that the new iPad tablets either disconnect themselves from HotSpots, or the download speeds are low, or the Wi-Fi networks are not detected by the tablet even though it is in the immediate vicinity of a hotspot and here are the testimonies of several hundred owners of iPad 3 tablets.

The "good" part is that only iPad 3 Wi-Fi Only tablets are affected because tablets equipped with 4G have the Wi-Fi signal amplified by the antenna covered by the black plastic on the top of the device, so that's why most of you didn't have problems. Now Apple retains all iPad 3 tablets brought to its stores because of these problems and in the future it will probably modify the iOS to take over the Wi-Fi signal more efficiently, but no one knows how long it will take until the problem is solved.
