iDeb is an application recently published in Cydia, and with its help any iDevice owner can make their own .deb files. The application gives us the opportunity to make themes or files in .deb format, this format being used for applications, tweaks, themes and plugins distributed through Cydia. Aplicati has a series of options that allow us to customize the .deb files and to build such a package you just need to press the button Build! and at the end everything will be automatically "packed".
iDeb is a fast, easy way to make debian packages on the go! It is very simple to use, you just have to fill in all of the required fields and click Next! It has a unique package browsing system where you can browse for multiple Themes and apps and not have to worry about formatting. You can also create custom packages in the directory /Library/iDeb/Packages/ (Look at the example package for more info). Created Debs will be stored in /Library/iDeb/Debs/.
iDeb automatically saves your files in the location /Library/iDeb/Debs/, but if you want, you can also save in /Library/iDeb/Packages/. iDeb is available in Cydia for $0.99, but it only works on iOS 5.
