Samsung Pop up Play is a function included in the new Samsung Galaxy S III presented last evening by the Korean company and if you look the video clip above you will understand exactly what the function does. Basically, users can view video clips in preview windows, but the interesting part is that these windows can be opened over any other application that is already running in Android OS. The feature can be good for those who want to do several things at the same time and I wouldn't mind having something similar implemented in my iDevice.
Of course Quasar can bring a similar functionality for iDevice owners, but I think Apple can implement it directly in iOS.
