Algoriddim, the company behind the famous djay application, has developed a new title for the iPad under the name vjay. If djay allowed users to mix songs in real time, vjay allows users to apply effects to video clips in real time, and in the video clip above you have a demonstration of how everything works. The application practically allows us to apply effects to video clips in real time and to combine two video streams to generate a single clip, all very simple and easy.

Considering that we are talking about real-time video processing, the application needs a lot of processing power, so only iPad 2/3 can run it, iPad 1 remaining incompatible with it. The application is not designed only for those who really know how to edit video clips, anyone can use the options in the application to apply interesting effects to any video feeds. The most interesting part of this application is that the AirPlay system has been implemented in it and with its help you can transfer the video feed from the tablet to a TV and edit the content seeing the changes on both screens at the same time.

vjay it will be available from June 7 in the App Store, but it will cost approximately €7.99.
