iOS 6 – can I download it from iTunes, can I install it without problems?

One of the main questions published in the comments of articles related to iOS 6 is related to the possibility to download and install the new version of the operating system. Unfortunately, Apple offers iOS 6 beta 1 only for developers of iOS applications, and to become a developer you have to pay $100 annually to Apple. Of course, iOS 6 is already available on the Internet on various websites and with iTunes 10.6.3 you can install it, but can you use it? The answer should be no, because Apple should only allow its use to developers with a UDID registered on Apple's servers. If you do not have the UDID registered then you should not be able to activate your iDevice.

In the coming weeks there is a possibility that methods will appear by which this system can be removed, but is it good to update to iOS 6? I recommend that you wait a few more days before updating, even if at the moment we have a system with which we can return to iOS 5.x. Apple can block that system at any time through an iOS update, and you can remain stuck at iOS 6 on iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and iPad 3, the rest of the iDevices can be downgraded at any time.

In conclusion, officially and legally you cannot install iOS 6, unofficially you can install it, but it is advisable not to do it for now.
