Vodafone Romania and FaceTime via 3G

If you are a Vodafone Romania subscriber and do not have a special internet subscription, then you have probably noticed that applications such as Viber cannot be used with an internet connection provided by the operator. Everything is due to Vodafone's policy, the policy by which they ask customers either to buy certain internet subscriptions that have VoIP services included, or to activate a special option that gives them access to this service. Of course, not all subscriptions have the service blocked, but many users complain about its lack.

Considering all the above, I am curious to know if there are people who have installed iOS 6 and managed to make FaceTime calls via 3G from their own devices. Some say that using 3G Unrestrictor they managed to make FaceTime calls over 3G on iOS 5, but it all depends on each person's subscription. Some could make these calls without problems, while others could remain without access to the service if they did not activate a special option.
