The iPhone 5 would work on both 3G and 4G LTE networks

The iPhone 5 is to be released in the fall of this year and assumptions are already being made regarding the functions that the device would have. An American analyst says that the future terminal of the Apple company would work both on 3G networks and on the future 4G LTE networks. In practice, Apple would implement in the iPhone the technology already used in the iPad 3 tablet, which is compatible with 3G networks on which data of up to 43 Mbps can be reached and with 4G LTE networks on which data of up to 72 Mbps can be reached, but the the problem is that the iPad 3 tablet only works on 4G LTE networks in North America.

Picking up intel from suppliers, Wu sees a new form factor, a slightly larger screen, and 4G LTE support built into Apple's next flagship phone. These features should help the upcoming iPhone outscore the iPhone 4 and 4S in picking up new customers and enticing existing ones to upgrade.

Personally, I think there is an 80% chance that this compatibility with 4G LTE networks will be implemented in the future iPhone terminal, the problem is that the device will not work with 4G networks in Europe or other countries around the world. Even so, in Romania we will be able to use, for example, the Orange 3G DC-HSDPA network which allows us to surf the Internet at speeds up to 43 Mbps. In the absence of 4G, we have other very fast networks at our disposal, now it remains to be seen if Apple will allow us to surf the Internet at such high speeds.
