Flash Notifier is a tweak available for some time in Cydia, and with its help you can always be aware of the notifications that your iDevice displays. Specifically, the tweak uses the camera's LED flash to notify you when you have a message in Springboard, when you have a notification in LockScreen, or when a notification banner appears on the screen. The tweak borrows the functionality already available in the Accessibility menu for calls, so we are not talking about a completely new functionality or a new way to use the LED flash of iDevices.
