Microsoft is developing an iOS version of Outlook

Although Microsoft has not officially provided details regarding the porting of the Office suite to the iOS platform, we talked a few months ago about an application of this kind that was presented to the Daily, something denied by Microsoft. Well, the rumors from that time cannot be denied now by the company from Redmond because a listing of a job offer clearly indicates that Microsoft is interested in hiring people who will work on porting Outlook to the iOS platform. The Outlook program is part of the Microsoft Office suite that would be launched this year in the App Store, and what we see now confirms the previous rumors.

Although for now we don't know in what form everything will end up on iOS, would you be interested in buying an iOS version of Microsoft Office?

  1. Yes, if there was also the possibility to use outlook as on the computer, it would be wonderful. Now it also depends on the costs. I hope it won't be like the office suite for desktops.

  2. The "Mail" application is the alternative to Outlook. I wouldn't install an app that gives me the same features as a native one.

  3. @daniel, I hope you're joking, right??? Outlook knows infinitely more than the Mail application, which is ok only for reading and moving emails, downloading attachments...

If only the original functionality of the Office suite will be carried over, but the interface will be friendly, I would definitely give it up to 30-40 euros.
