Morning I told you that one of the Apple iconographers is going to testify in the lawsuit filed by Samsung against the company from Cupertino and that Apple will try to prove that the icons from iOS were copied in Samsung's Android. Well the iconographer testified and Apple presented the court with some images by which it tries to convince it that the native iOS icons were copied and two iconographic experts agree with Apple. In the images in this article, you have presented these pictures where Apple took the icons of several Android terminals and compared them with those of iOS, and in some cases the similarities are as obvious as possible.
Even if Samsung copied the icons or not, the problem would not be big if Apple did not have patents for them and the company does. Now it remains to be seen if the court and the jurors will agree with those from Apple, but judging by the images presented in this article, the chances are quite small that they will make a different decision.
