Apple presents estimates of the value of infringement of its patents, presents detailed information for each Samsung terminal

You all know that Apple and Samsung have currently opened a lawsuit in the USA and that the lawyers of both companies have revealed a lot of confidential information. Although today we are not talking about confidential information, we are still talking about some lists in which Apple presents each Samsung terminal that has violated its patents and estimates how much these violations cost. Apple presents separately how much profit it lost due to these violations, but also how much profit Samsung obtained based on them, and at the end it draws a line, collects the sums and demands 2,88 billion dollars from the Asians.

If we look at the lists, we notice that the Galaxy S series is the one that infringed the most patents, and a total of 28 Samsung terminals allegedly infringed Apple's patents in one way or another. All of Apple's calculations were based on estimates regarding the reasonable amount that should be paid for licensing infringed patents, so everything we see here certainly differs from what Samsung calculated. In the end, 28 Samsung terminals are accused of infringing Apple's patents in one way or another, and we are talking about a large number, which calls into question the way the competitive spirit is viewed.
