TestBanner is a tweak released during this night in Cydia, and with its help you can display a fake notification banner whenever you want. The tweak works through the Activator plugin, and in the settings menu of the Settings application you can specify the desired activation method. TestBanner is useful in the situation where you want to change the appearance of the notification banners and you need a method to test the banners as you make changes. The tweak is available for free in Cydia's ModMyi repo.
