Apple is implementing new security measures for Apple IDs

Almost two weeks ago we presented the problems that an American publisher had with his iCloud account after a hacker managed to use information available on the web to trick an Apple representative into giving him the password to that account editor. This story generated a whole scandal and the Apple company promised to solve the problem so that no one is affected in the same way in the future, and now we see the first proof of the change.

The new security system has so far appeared only in the American iTunes and asks users to specify 3 more secret questions based on which the account can be recovered, but also an optional email address where the information for resetting the account is sent. Any of those questions can be used to recover a lost account and the implementation of 3 passwords increases the security of your account. The problem is that you should remember the answer to all these 3 questions, otherwise it will be difficult to recover the account without much effort.

In the following days, this system should also appear in Romania, and when you download a new application, you will be asked to enter the above information.
