YouTube for iOS will arrive in the App Store in the near future

A few weeks ago Apple has removed the native YouTube application from iOS 6 beta 4 and we know that it is a new version of the application will be launched soon in the App Store. No one knew when this application would arrive in the Apple store, but those from AllThingsD I say that Google is turning its attention to publishing the new version of the title. Today Google released a new version of the YouTube application for XBOX 360, and the version for iOS is the next to be released.

Today we updated the YouTube app on Xbox, making it up to 5X faster and adding channels with official music videos. Xbox is the latest game console app bringing a full YouTube experience, following the launch this month of our PS3 app. With this new app, viewers have an improved YouTube experience, and YouTube creators have a better platform to build audiences for their channels.

Still stumped? Okay. Here's the decoder ring:

"Official music videos" = "more videos where we can show ads."
"Full YouTube experience" = "more videos where we can show ads."
"YouTube creators have a better platform to build audiences for their channels" = "more videos where we can show ads."

I told you that the YouTube application for iOS will give Google the opportunity to include ads for watching video clips, the same thing happening in the case of the update for XBOX 360. Probably in the next few weeks we will have this application in the App Store and we will then see how the user experience will change compared to the native version removed from iOS .
