Last week I introduced you GooPhone i5, an Android terminal manufactured based on the design that iPhone 5 he would have it. The terminal has approximately the same dimensions, but also the same design, and its producers claim that they patented already in China the design of the device. Nobody knows for now if everything the producers claim is true or not, everything could just be a desperate attempt to draw attention to the GooPhone and to sell a few units before the real iPhone 5 appears on the market.
If the producers of the GooPhone i5 managed to patent something, it is hard to believe that they will have any chance of releasing it iPhone 5 from the market, considering that Apple has already patented the general design of the device. Although GooPhone's chances of blocking iPhone 5 sales seem small, let's not forget that we are talking about China, a country where Western rules do not really apply.
