iTransEffect is a new tweak launched last night in Cydia, and with its help you can implement an effect that is played when you take various actions on your iDevices. Using this tweak you can add the transition effect for Springboard, Notifications Center, Notifications Banners, app switcher, applications, the function of closing an application and for the HUD that appears when you change the volume. Practically, the tweak will give you the possibility to implement this effect for almost any action in iOS, which is normally not possible without jailbreaking your iDevice.
