Samsung denies the existence of any plans to end collaboration with Apple

Yesterday a Korean publication stated that Samsung would be interested in terminating the contract by which it supplies LCD screens for the Apple company next year, the small profit, and probably the recent legal disputes, are the basis for making this decision. Shortly after the publication of that article, which had as its source an alleged person from the management of Samsung, the Koreans announced that the information is completely false and that the current collaboration with Apple will not end. Samsung claims that the current contracts will remain in force next year, and that so far the company has not tried to terminate any of them.

There is a possibility that the information was not invented, and inside Samsung there were most likely discussions about ending the collaboration with Apple, but probably no one needed to hear about them. Considering that the relations between the companies have become more and more tense, the break between them is seen as logical, but probably everyone wants to keep their plans secret in order to gain an advantage after the termination of the contracts. On the other hand, the denial of these intentions could come in the idea of defending the price of Samsung shares, their value being extremely influenced by the relationship with Apple.
