iOS 6.0.1 was released this evening by Apple, and redsn0w 0.9.15 beta 3 can jailbreak it without much effort, but only on
iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4. The jailbreak is tethered by both terminals, so you will have to restart them every time with redns0w, but if you want to jailbreak on iOS 6.0.1 you can do it right now. You have a jailbreak tutorial for iOS 6 on the first page of the blog and if you follow it exactly as explained there, you will be able to jailbreak iOS 6.0.1 as well.
