Steve Jobs managed to convince the world that virtual keyboards represent the future, and now an American company is trying to convince us that invisible keyboards are the future. The company has developed a system called ASETNIOP, allowing us to type using a different keyboard. It is based on a set of multifunctional buttons that "hide" several letters in each key, and with its help we should have a slightly more pleasant experience when writing texts.

ASETNIOP is a keyboard replacement method that lets users type using only ten input points – ten fingers – at a rate that's comparable to a regular keyboard. The design is based on the ubiquitous QWERTY layout, but uses chords – two or more fingers pressed at the same time – to produce all the letters of the alphabet, as well as punctuation characters, numbers, symbols and various other function keys. This opens up a whole new realm of potential devices for touch-typing, including touchscreens, gloves, motion sensors, and even implants!

For advanced users, there is also the option to hide the keyboard while writing texts, and this will certainly arouse the interest of those around you. From my point of view, the idea is poorly implemented and I don't think it will ever become popular, but I'm sure there will be enough people interested in at least trying the system. Do not think that you will ever be able to install such a system on the iPad without jailbreaking.
