Foxconn CEO admits his company can't manufacture enough iPhone 5 terminals to meet market demand

iPhone 5 is available in several dozens of countries around the world, Apple is unable to meet customer demand, but the problem comes from Foxconn. The CEO of the company recognized recently that the Foxconn factories cannot assemble enough iPhone 5 terminals to cover the demand on the market and for this reason the device is so hard to find in stores. Apple asked those from Foxconn to check more carefully the iPhone 5 terminals coming off the production lines, it is speculated that the tightening of quality control measures causes this reduction in production, but it is beneficial for us.

Taiwan's Foxconn Technology Group said on Wednesday the company's flagship Hon Hai unit is finding it difficult to cope with the massive demand for Apple Inc's iPhones. "It's not easy to make iPhones. We are falling short of meeting the huge demand," Foxconn Chairman Terry Gou told reporters after a business forum.

Every release of a new iPhone model brings problems like this, people want to buy the devices, Apple doesn't manage to bring enough to the stores, and in the end the company loses money and prestige. For the winter holidays, Apple definitely has a plan to bring the terminal into the stocks of all stores where the device is sold, but until then you have to be very patient if you intend to buy an iPhone 5.
