Hackers are working intensively on developing a solution to untethered jailbreak for running iDevices iOS 6.0.1 and in the meantime various information appears on the internet suggesting that there are already programs capable of jailbreaking untethered that version of iOS. Unfortunately, all that information is completely false, including the video that appeared the other day, but things are a bit more complicated. Fake versions of some "jailbreak" programs have appeared on the Internet and running them on computers will infect the operating system and from here on you all know what risks you are exposing yourself to.
My advice is not to download any program from the internet that you don't know, I will inform you anyway when the untethered jailbreak solution for iOS 6.0.1 will be available, so you just have to be patient.
