What's Hot is a very old application subsection of the App Store in which the Apple company lists the most popular games available in its store. The titles are generally released about 1/2 months ago, they have a lot of downloads and you will rarely find something there that you don't like. Apple engineers do not present these games as direct recommendations, but bring to your attention the most popular titles of recent times, so that you have at your disposal as wide a selection as possible when you decide to buy something.
