LockMemos is a tweak released during this evening in Cydia, and with its help you can set the display of reminders in the LockScreen of your iDevices. The tweak has a settings menu in the Settings application of iOS, there you can set the message that is displayed, but also the environment in which you will see it, it can be closed by simply unlocking the terminal and pressing the Ok button. LockMemos is available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repo, but you can get a similar functionality using the Reminders application.
