Lock Launcher is a tweak recently released in Cydia, allowing us to replace the functionality of the Lock button (the button for locking terminals) of our iDevices. Using a settings menu available in the Settings application of iOS, the tweak offers us the option to do a respring, to enter Safe Mode, to open the Messages/Safari applications, or to open certain applications available in Cydia. The selected application or command will be run by long pressing the Lock button.
Launch Applications using your Lock Button. This needs to be done as if you are "Rebooting your Device". Hold the Lock Button for some time and it will launch the Application you have selected via Settings.
