The battery of an iPhone 4S melts out of nowhere, Apple refuses to admit the existence of a problem

Over time, we have presented you with quite a few iPhone terminals that either caught fire or started to emit smoke while they were being charged, the problem being the device's battery. Same thing it happened to him to a woman in New York, her iPhone's battery started to melt while the device was on the table. The terminal closed out of nowhere, smoke started to emanate, the woman tried to remove the cover to remove the battery, she discovered that it had swollen and the acid in it had started to partially melt it, and finally she managed to remove it , leaving the device as you see it in the images.

This is a product defect with the battery that Apple is refusing to acknowledge and trying to hide... as of now, they have brushed this under the carpet and left it at that. I am in disbelief that they have not even offered a replacement device when it is a manufacturing issue.

The woman was slightly injured trying to remove the battery, she went with the terminal to Apple asking to have it changed, but the company refused to admit that everything is a battery problem. Talking to several Apple employees at a New York store, the woman quickly learned that Apple was willing to take back her terminal but wasn't willing to offer a replacement, even though the battery swelled out of nowhere and began removing acid. In general, Apple helps its customers and replaces products that do not work properly, but when there is a problem like this in the middle, it seems that no one gets the help they need.
