Being present at a conference of Duke University in the USA, Tim Cook spoke in an interview about the qualities of a good collaborator and what he is looking for in such a future employee Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),. Cook claims that a good collaborator must not be selfish, he must be able to support his ideas and promote them in any conditions, he must know how to work in a team and support his colleagues, he must not always be in the center of attention and seeks recognition for any kind of merits, including those that do not belong to him.

This was among the advice Apple CEO Tim Cook shared with students at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business on April 26th. Back on campus for his 25-year reunion, Cook took part in an hour-long dialogue with Fuqua Dean Bill Boulding and the students in a jam-packed Geneen Auditorium buzzing with excitement to hear from the leader of the world's most profitable company. The Apple CEO has embarked on a career far different than he had envisioned after graduating from Fuqua's Evening Executive MBA program in 1988. "For me the journey was not predictable at all. You have to find your own north star and stay with your north star."

Basically, Tim Cook is looking for a perfect employee who listens to orders, has his own ideas, supports them at any cost, supports his subordinates and motivates them to give "their best", and if you have at least one part of these qualities, you know that you can be successful in a multinational company.
