Reminds – a new way to open recent apps in iOS

reminisce is a tweak released during this evening in Cydia, and with its help we can very quickly access the latest applications used in our iDevices. The tweak is activated using a simple gesture, customizable through the Settings application, and with its help we can access any of the recently used applications in the terminal, regardless of which application we are in. The idea behind the tweak is to give us a simpler way to access recent applications, it is not intended as a replacement for the native task switcher in iOS, but only as a much easier method to quickly access recent applications.

Quickly switch apps with a single finger movement, using a beautiful interface. Reminisce holds up to 5 of your most recent apps in a tray of sorts that you activate by dragging your finger from the edge of the screen and holding the drag – releasing it when you are over the icon for the app you want to launch. Not so much an app switcher as a recent apps switcher, Reminisce is not designed to replace the current app switcher by any means, but rather serve as a convenience for switching to a recent app.

reminisce is available at the price of $2 in the repo BigBoss al Cydia and of course it was tested on iOS 6.1.2, the latest version of iOS that can be jailbroken.
