Apple would prepare the launch of new models of the iMac

I told you yesterday that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), is preparing the launch of new models of MacBook Pro, and now I tell you that new models of iMac could be launched during this autumn by those from Cupertino. The new iMacs will contain Intel's Haswell chips and probably that's where the news will stop, considering that last year Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), completely changed the design of its product. If you wonder what can generate the conclusion like us iMac-s would be ready for launch, well the fact that large US retailers offer significant discounts for the configurations sold by Apple, but also the fact that the units available in their inventory have been significantly reduced.

The discounts join sales efforts initiated earlier this month by Best Buy, Amazon, and MacMall — all of which are similarly offering the four standard iMac retail configurations at discounts between $100 and $150. Given the new inventory management measures Apple adopted after January's MacBook Pro surplus scare, the discounts are likely the start of a multi-week effort to run its iMac channel fairly bare.

Considering that on September 10 Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), will present iPhone 5S si iPhone 5C, and in October iPad 5 si iPad Mini 2, either the new iMacs will be launched at the beginning of October, or we will see them on the market at the beginning of November.
