iOS 7 - here are all the news of the operating system for iDevices!

Just a few minutes behind the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), has launched iOS 7 for our iDevices, this being the most radical design change implemented by Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), from iOS 1 until now. We are talking about a complete change of the user interface, but not in terms of the arrangement of the elements, but in terms of the fonts, the sizes of certain elements of the interface, but mainly the colors. Everything will start with a series of new icons that you will see on the main screen, all native application icons being redone for this version of the operating system.

It looks great because it's made to work great. Nothing I've ever created was designed just to look pretty. That would be a missed opportunity. Instead, when we rethought iOS, our goal was to create an experience that was simpler, more useful, and more fun—enhancing the things people already loved about iOS. Finally, redesigning its operation led us to redesign its appearance as well. Because a good design is a design that supports the user.

Simplicity is the word with which Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), characterizes the radical change intended for the new version of its operating system, it being present in all the new interfaces designed for native applications, but also in the rest of the user interfaces accessible through the entire operating system. Apple has chosen to remove some of the animations and design elements that unnecessarily burden the user interface, implementing a new structure that offers quality, without unnecessary bars and buttons, everything being focused on the important content.

Simplicity is often equated with minimalism. However, simplicity is much more than just the absence of clutter or the removal of decorations. It means offering the right things, at the right place and at the right time. Simplicity means knowing what it is for and what you can do with an object, from the first moment you touch it. It has a new system-wide structure that brings clarity to the entire experience. Ornamental elements that jump out at the eye have been removed. Unnecessary bars and buttons have been removed. And thanks to the elimination of design elements that are not useful, suddenly everything is focused on what matters most: the content.

Based on this simplicity, you will notice in the images of this article a very varied range of changes thought by Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, they are combined with a series of new functions that the company believes users will love. Whether we are talking about the implementation of the Photobooth in the Camera application, about the simplification of the interface through which we can switch between modules for capturing images/video clips, about the parallax effect, whether we are talking about the Control Center or the new interface of the Notifications Center, iOS 7 brings a lot of news, below I'll let the people from Apple describe the main new functions iOS 7.

iOS 7 takes full advantage of the technologies on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch to enhance the iOS experience even further. Distinct and functional layers help create depth and establish hierarchy and order. The transparency effect allows a better understanding of the context. And new approaches to animation and movement make even the simplest actions interesting. When a product is designed right—when you don't have to adapt to the technology because it's already designed for you—it create a link.

control Center

Control Center gives you quick access to the commands and apps you need right away. With a simple swipe up from any screen — including the lock screen — you can do a ton of things like switch to Airplane Mode, turn Wi-Fi on or off, or adjust your screen brightness. You can even access a new flashlight. You've never had so much control with a single touch.

Do what you have to do. Quick.

Turn Airplane Mode, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Do Not Disturb on or off. Lock your screen orientation or adjust its brightness. Play, pause or skip a song. Connect to AirPlay-compatible speakers. And quickly access the flashlight, timer, calculator and camera.

Notification Center

The Notification Center lets you know when you get new emails, miss calls, have things to do, and more. And a new feature called Today gives you a convenient summary of your day. Take a look at your iPhone and you'll know for sure if it's someone's birthday or if you'll need an umbrella. There's even a preview of what awaits you the next day. You can access the Notification Center from any screen, including the lock screen. All you have to do is swipe down. And get up to date.

how is your day The Today view displays a summary of everything you need to know about today. And a preview of tomorrow.

See what you missed. The new All and Missed views let you see all your alerts or just the ones you haven't accessed in the last 24 hours.

multitasking

Multitasking has always been a smart way to switch between apps. Now she's even smarter. Because iOS 7 remembers when you like to use your apps and can update content before you launch them. So if you tend to check your favorite social app at 09:00 am every day, your news feed will be waiting for you ready. That's what multitasking is all about in iOS 7. It knows what you want to do before you do it.

A smarter way to multitask. Double-click the Home button to see screen previews for the apps you have open. To exit an app, swipe it up and out of the preview.

Intelligently scheduled updates. iOS schedules updates during energy efficient times. Like when your device is open and connected to Wi-Fi. So your battery is not consumed unnecessarily.

Camera

The camera in iOS 7 brings all formats—photo, video, panorama, and now the new square format—to the fore. With a simple swipe, you can frame what you want, exactly how you want.1 Fast. And new filters let you do even more with each image. Give it a retro look. Increase its contrast. Or go black and white. Artistic license is entirely yours.

Filtered. You can apply filters to photos in classic and square format. Choose a filter and see the effect before you take the photo. Or just take the photo and apply it later. If you ever change your mind and decide you're better off without any filter, you can simply remove it.

Poze

Now there are faster, easier, and more enjoyable ways to do a retrospective. Introducing Collections, Moments and Years — smart groupings of your photos and videos by time and place. Tap Years and all your records will fill your screen. Every year includes Collections, like your trip to San Francisco. And within that Collection are Distinctive Moments — photos from Union Square, videos from AT&T Park. So you can find a recording anytime, anywhere, instantly.

In a Collection. Tap a Collection, like “Hawaii,” and see photos from your trip organized into Moments by date and location.

A year—or many years—at a glance. Tap View An and prepare to be amazed. Every photo and video you've ever taken appears on the screen, almost like a work of art.

iCloud photo sharing. With iCloud, you can share your favorite moments with your favorite people by creating a shared photo stream. Those people can post photos, videos, and comments to your feed, and it all automatically appears on everyone's iOS devices. The new Activity view lets you see the latest updates from all your shared feeds in one place.

AirDrop

If you want to send a photo or document to someone, you normally use a text message or email. But if that person is right next to you, there is a much simpler way. Enter AirDrop for iOS. It lets you quickly and easily share photos, videos, contacts — and anything else from any app with a Share button. Tap the Share button, then select the person you want to share them with. AirDrop does the rest, using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Without the need for any configuration. And transfers are encrypted, so what you share is extremely secure.

Share one to one. Or one to many. With AirDrop, you can share a photo or video, for example, with a specific person or more. Tap the Share icon, select the person you want to share with, and let AirDrop do its thing.

Make yourself available. Or not. In AirDrop, you're automatically visible to your contacts who have an iOS 7 device. But you can also become visible to anyone near you who uses iOS 7. Or you can become invisible to everyone. It only takes one tap in the Control Center.

Received file. Recipients can choose to save anything you've sent them. When I do this, the content is saved exactly where it should be — a photo in Photos, a ticket in Passbook, a contact in Contacts, and so on.

Safari

Browsing with Safari in iOS 7 is simply bigger, better and more beautiful. Buttons and bars—like the smart, unified search field—remain hidden and only appear when you scroll down the page. So you see more content than ever before on your screen. And with a simple swipe, you can go to the previous or next page. Everything is designed so that nothing prevents or slows you down from browsing.

Unified and intelligent search field. Type a URL or search term into the smart, unified search field, and Safari automatically suggests the closest version of what you're looking for. So you will quickly find the web page you need.

View new tab. See open web pages in a centralized view that lets you easily scroll from one tab to another. To close a page, all you have to do is swipe it off the screen.

Shared links. See all URLs in your Twitter timeline, see who posted them and what was said about them. Reading list. You can quickly and easily browse the articles in Reading list. You simply cursively scroll from one article to the next.

iCloud Keychain. Many things you do on the Internet require passwords. Now iCloud can save account names, passwords and credit card numbers for you. And Safari will enter them automatically, whether you need to log in to a site or shop online. Works on all iOS 7 devices and Macs running OS X Mavericks approved by you. And thanks to 256-bit AES encryption, it's extremely secure.

Password generator. Each time you create an account, Safari can generate a unique, hard-to-guess password. And memorize it for you.

App Store

Apps Near Me — a new feature of the App Store in iOS 7 — shows you a collection of the most popular apps that are relevant to your current location. And a new Kids category highlights the best apps for kids by age. iOS 7 also automatically updates your apps so you don't have to worry about it. Another bonus of automatic updates: you get rid of the red badge that keeps distracting you.

What's popular nearby? Wherever you are — at the Louvre, for example — tap Near me and you'll see a list of useful apps.

Browse the best apps for kids. Parents and teachers can now easily find apps that are perfect for kids. Visit the new Kids category for a selection of apps organized by age.

Find my iPhone

Losing your iPhone is terrible. Fortunately, Find My iPhone can help you recover it. But if you're out of luck, new security features in iOS 7 make it difficult for someone else to use or sell your device. To turn off Find My iPhone or erase data from your device, your Apple ID and password are now required. Also, Find My iPhone will continue to display a custom message even after your device has been erased. And before anyone can reactivate it, it asks for your Apple ID and password. Which means your iPhone is still your iPhone. No matter where it is.

Screen lock message. Even after a remote wipe, Find My iPhone continues to display a message with your phone number on the lock screen.

You have recovered your iPhone. If you recover your iPhone after erasing it, all you have to do to reactivate it is enter your Apple ID and password.

iTunes Radio

Although Apple Romania does not mention anything about iTunes Radio, since this function is not available in our country, I tell you that the Apple service allows iDevice owners to listen to predefined radio stations. Everything is done through an Internet connection, Apple offering the possibility to listen to these radio stations or various songs already listened to, the company displaying video/audio/text ads while listening, limiting the possibility to switch from one song to another.

iTunes Radio is available for free and can be used from Romania if you have an Apple ID for the US iTunes Store.

Crab

Just like in the case of iTunes Radio, the personal assistant Siri is also non-existent on the Apple Romania page, but the assistant from Apple has been updated in iOS 7. Everything starts with a modification of the assistant's interface, continues with the implementation of the possibility to use voice commands for to activate WiFi, Bluetooth, to open applications or to search through Wikipedia or Twitter. Siri also benefits from HD voices that are much clearer and have a much better quality, but unfortunately they are unavailable for our country.
