By accessing this information, Samsung would have had an advantage on the market of mobile terminals and not only, and now the company could be sanctioned in one way or another by an American court, being obliged to defend itself against the accusations made by Apple and Nokia.
A trial is scheduled to begin on December 9, and then we will find out what the Koreans have to say in their case.
