Apple receives final approval for the construction of its new campus in Cupertino

  In the month of October the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), received initial approval from the Cupertino City Council to build a new locality campus, and yesterday was offered and the final approval, the construction of the new buildings being able to start immediately. In a new vote that took place last night, the councilors gave their final approval for the construction that will be part of the future modern campus of the Apple company, the Americans intending to invest several billion dollars in the entire project.

  To build the new campus, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), he agreed to pay additional taxes to the city, all part of a complex agreement. During the past year, the Apple company received back from the city of Cupertino 50% of the taxes paid, based on the expenses incurred, but in the future only 35% of these taxes will be returned, the city's budget will increase by over 1 million dollars later of this agreement, the amount being small for Apple, but large for a city with an estimated budget of just over 50 million dollars.
