Windows 98 Plus is a theme launched last night in Cydia for iDevice owners, and with its help anyone can completely modify the appearance of the Springboard of their own terminal. If you look at the image above, you will notice that the theme is designed to modify all native iOS icons, as well as their positioning on the screen. The whole interface resembles that of a Windows 98, special icons being included, but there is no separate interface for native applications.
