With the help of an SDK anyone can implement this keyboard with just one line of code and if enough developers make it available, then its success will generate interest in developing other alternatives. Unfortunately, this change will only be available in applications that have implemented the Fleksy SDK and not in the whole iOS, so it remains to be seen how excited people will be about the change, even if at first glance it seems to be extremely good .
The worst part of the whole story is that the SDK must be updated every time a major version of iOS is released, but maybe in this way Apple will understand what the users really want.
