Of course, this small inconvenience will not stop anyone from doing it jailbreak for iOS beta 7.1 3, so an unofficial and modified version of evasi0n7 is already available, but it is only compatible with Mac OS X.
All you have to do is download the unofficial version for Mac evasi0n7 available here, and to follow jailbreak tutorial from this page, and then you will have a jailbroken terminal on iOS beta 7.1 3.
