Desi saurik updated Cydia Substrate si Winterboard to allow users iOS 7 to apply themes as they like on their own terminals, unfortunately there are still quite big problems regarding their use. The Status Bar is one of these problems, preventing the correct application of themes over the operating system interface in certain cases. The problem manifests itself because of the cache system in iOS 7 and it only affects certain themes, but the good part is that there is also a solution, even if it is temporary.
Accessing the system files of your iDevice and deleting all the files available in /private/var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.UIStatusbar you will reset the status bar and after a respring you will solve the problem. Unfortunately, when changing the theme, there is a possibility that you will encounter the exact same problem, so the procedure will have to be repeated every time it is necessary. Saurik has not yet discovered a method to make all Winterboard functions active in any conditions, so you have no alternative.
