Here's how much smartphone sales have grown in the last 3 years

From 2010 to 2013, smartphone sales increased 4 times against the background of an enormous demand on the market, Samsung, Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, Huawei, LG si Lenovo appearing to be those who they took advantage mostly following the trend. In the graph above you can see how smartphone sales evolved between 2010 and 2013, and in the case Samsung we are talking about the biggest increase in sales, followed by Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, but a spectacular growth is also observed in the segment of collective producers.

Practically very large producers such as Nokia, BlackBerry or HTC have become irrelevant in the global smartphone sales market, with Huawei and Lenovo growing in their place. The even more interesting part is that the mass of lesser-known manufacturers account for almost half of the total smartphone sales, and this matters the most. A huge number of manufacturers in Asia sum up hundreds of millions of smartphone sales and this affects the sales of much more well-known companies.

Companies like Xiaomi have managed to generate impressive sales in recent years and if the trend continues, then we can expect that in the coming years the mass of collective producers will add up to more than half of the total sales of smartphones.
