After I receive it, I can check it and then if everything is ok, I call him to tell him the MTCN code so he can withdraw the money.Up to this point, everything seemed credible to me, because I also once received money through Western and I remember how the person from the bank asked me so many questions and how without that MTCN code he wouldn't have given me the money even in a heartbeat.But, unfortunately for me, and I hope there will not be others in my situation, the guy in 20 minutes managed to withdraw the money without that verification code.I suspect that either he was an accomplice with the person at the counter where he picked it up, or the person who gave him the money didn't ask him anything about the code, so he violated the rules, or something else much more complicated than I can imagine.I contacted Western Union to explain to me how it was possible to withdraw the money without a code, but they told me that all legal procedures were followed and to solve my problem to file a complaint criminal case at the Police.I am left to file the criminal complaint, and I am waiting and hoping that the Police will do their job.
