CircleIndicators is a tweak released during this evening in Cydia, and as you can already see in the image above, it marks our open applications in the background iOS 7. This system is used by the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), in OS X or to tell us which of the applications open in the dock are still open in the background, and the idea behind CircleIndicators it's the same. As you can already see in the image above, only the applications in the dock will have the same indicator, so for the Springboard applications you will not see anything.
