StatusBright is a tweak released during this evening in Cydia, and through or we can change the brightness of the screen of an iDevice directly from the status bar. Practically, the tweak is configured in such a way that a simple movement of the finger over the status bar to the left or right will automatically generate a change in brightness, moving the finger from left to right increases the brightness, while a movement in the opposite direction will generate a its reduction.
Swipe across the Status Bar to change the device's brightness (as SwipeBright is not yet compatible with iOS 7). It's a tiny tweak so no options to configure.
