Year after year studies are done in which various companies try to find out which smartphone manufacturers have the most loyal customers and year after year we have exactly the same result. As you probably already expect, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), is placed in the first position in this top, 76% of the participants in a study declaring that they are loyal to those from Cupertino. At 18% behind we find the company Samsung, and at an additional difference of 21% we have the company LG, Nokia, HTC si Sony standing behind them.
Basically, Apple has by far the most loyal customers and this has helped it sell so many iPhones year after year, but in the last fiscal quarters it has been proven that having a loyal customer base is not enough. In order for Apple to evolve, it is necessary to access new markets, but also new categories of customers, and this can only be done by launching new products that the Apple company avoided producing until recently.
