Microsoft Office for iPad is to be launched today in the App Store

Last week I told you that Microsoft prepares the release of the suite Office for iPad, and it would be available from this day on App Storethe company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),. Suite Office for iPad includes Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point si OneNote, but there is a chance that Microsoft will require the purchase of a license Office 365 for some of the services. The suite follows to be presented during this day by the CEO of the company and should arrive today in App Store, if there are no last-minute changes.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is expected to unveil the long-rumored Microsoft Office for iPad suite on March 27. But there's another Microsoft "suite" that I'm hearing will debut on March 27, too. That suite, a licensing bundle known as the Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS), is for large enterprise customers who need to centrally manage iPads, iPhones, Android devices, Windows devices and more, according to sources of mine who've requested anonymity.

Microsoft Office for iPad arrives in the App Store too long after other productivity applications that offer similar functionality, but considering the popularity of the software and the large number of documents created for it, it is unlikely that Microsoft will lose anything by waiting so much time.
