Steve Jobs wanted a magical iPhone in 2007

Yesterday I presented you with the first details about the period in which the first iPhone was developed by Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, one of the important engineers participating in the project, providing details about everything. As part of the interview given by him for the New York Times we find out that Steve Jobs wanted one iPhone "magic" for his future potential clients. In this idea, Steve Jobs rejected many of the prototypes designed by his engineers for the native applications of the operating system, asking them for more "magical" applications.

Steve was really adamant, where he said, 'This needs to be like magic. Go back, this isn't magical enough!'” I remember being very frustrated. This was, like, an impossible task.

In this idea, his whole team Steve Jobs develops a different component of the operating system, the former CEO of the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), monitoring the whole process every day. Even if we are talking about a complex team of engineers with their own pride and ideas, Steve Jobs knew how to impose himself and chose to motivate his employees, convincing them to produce exactly what he wanted and in the required time periods.
