Apple halves the refund period for returned products

Apple, just like any other company that respects itself, allows customers to return the purchased products within a certain period of time, reimbursing the amount of money paid for the respective products. In order to increase online sales through its own store, the Apple company decided to halve the time required for refunding the amounts for products returned by customers, the measure coming into effect starting today.

Change also comes with a replacement of the old company that delivers the returned products to Apple, they reach the company faster, in return the users receive the money back faster. If in the past Apple returned money to customers in approximately 10 days after sending the product to the company, now the reimbursement period has decreased to less than a week, or 5 working days. Apple competes in this segment with large retailers such as Amazon and Best Buy, and the change only affects Apple Stores abroad.
