iPhone 6 without sapphire glass panels, iWatch has problems with energy autonomy

It has been rumored for months that Apple is going to implement sapphire glass panels to protect the screen iPhone 6, but in reality this could not happen, at least not as we wish. It seems that iPhone 6 with 4.7 inch screen will include panels Gorilla Glass for protecting screens, while only iPhone 6 with 5.5 inch screen will be protected with sapphire glass panels for the screen.

The source also claims that the 4.7 inch iPhone 6 will hit the market with Gorilla Glass in tow. As far as the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 goes, it will allegedly be built in limited quantities due to low sapphire yield, leading to a limited supply in 2014, therefore contradicting a recent report which claimed that Apple will have enough sapphire for both iPhone 6 models AND the iWatch.

This differentiation between the two devices comes against the background of the problems that the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), has them in the manufacture of sapphire glass panels for iPhone 6. Based on these problems, it seems that Apple will have limited quantities of terminals iPhone 6 with 5.5 inch screen at the time of its launch on the market, so the rumors regarding the postponement of its launch for next year are not so hard to believe.

One of Apple's goals with the iWatch is for the smartwatch's display to draw almost no power when in standby, but this has proven to be a big challenge. And speaking of the display, the device will reportedly feature an OLED screen (between 1.3 and 1.6-inches in size) which will be supplied exclusively by LG Display, just as it's been reported back in January 2014.

Regarding iWatch, It seems that LG Display has problems in reducing to zero the energy consumption in the stand by of the future SmartWatch, based on the specifications Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),. For iWatch the Apple company seems to be ready to use it OLED screens with a diagonal of 1.3 inches or 1.6 inches, LG Display will supply all the screens of the future product, without ca Samsung or other partner for iDevices to be involved.

assembling iWatch will be done by the company Quanta Computer, but it seems so Inventec could be contracted to produce the devices. Both the iPhone 6 and the iWatch are to be presented in the fall of this year, but no one knows for now exactly when.
