Amazon Fire Phone was presented last evening by the company Amazon, these being the first smartphone to include front cameras 3D for monitoring the user's face in relation to the screen. Apart from these, the terminal contains a multitude of other functions, including a system called Mayday that helps users quickly ask for the help of a representative Amazon.

By accessing the notifications menu and selecting the button Mayday, the user is automatically connected with a representative of Amazon through a video call, a window with the image of the representative being present on the main screen. From here things get interesting, because the representative can control the screen and give us indications on it to solve problems.

The video clip above shows how the whole system works and, to be honest, this is the first time a smartphone manufacturer offers such a system, it is a huge help for any customers.
